Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Within India: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier services, weather, or customs procedures.

We ship internationally to most countries.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
We will assist in resolving issues with the courier, but refunds or replacements are subject to case review.
