Refund policy

At Secret Essence, your safety and your trust come first. Because our products are skincare and wellness essentials, we maintain a strict no-return policy once opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

 

  • Eligibility: Only damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for return or replacement.
  • Reporting Issue: Please write to us at contact@thesecretessence.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  • Process: Once reviewed, we will either send you a replacement at no extra cost or provide a refund/store credit if replacement is not possible.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Non-Returnable: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially used products.
